If you smoke and also have hyperhidrosis you may want to stop smoking. The nicotine found in cigarettes causes your body to sweat more. Smoking also causes your internal body temperature to increase, which could be another reason for the excessive sweating that you experience. Simply stopping smoking may be a challenge but it can help reduce the symptoms of hyperhidrosis. This can help you feel more comfortable in public.
